This weekend I turned 30...Boooo! Not happy about this at all. When asked at 20 where do you see yourself in 10 years, I can guarantee everyone that I did not say "still in graduate school living four States away from my family." Needless to say, I was not happy about my Birthday this weekend. To cheer me up and make my Birthday special, David suggested we meet in Charlotte for a "weekend get away." It was just what I needed and a great Birthday gift.
The best part of the weekend was the fact that David and I paid for everything with the CASH in our pockets!!! It has been along time since we have done that! (Also note here... that I am actually acting 30 since I consider the best part of the weekend not using credit cards) We also used our time together to organize our accounts and strategize. So...
As of 4/13/09 we have paid off 3.22% of our total debt!
